We’re very proud to have developed our very own mobile ordering app. This page will give you some further information about our app, and some top tips to help!
Don’t forget! You must have a table to be served. Please note that we cannot guarantee tables to be available when you arrive.
Book in advance to avoid disappointment.
The Old Elm App
The Old Elm App is specifically designed to enhance our customer’s experience by allowing them to order and pay from their table. Our app is a web responsive app, meaning that it is designed to be used on all mobile devices, including Apple and Samsung.
Our app can be directly downloaded from our website (www.theoldelminn.co.uk/order), there is no need to download from the Play Store or the App Store.
Our app is loaded with the exactly same menu served throughout the week.
The app is card payment online only. If you wish to pay by cash, or in person, please speak to a member of staff who will be more than happy to take your order for you.

Where can I find your app?

How can I save your app?
Our app can be saved to your device’s homepage. On your first visit, simply follow the prompts provided to save to your homepage.
This means on your next visit, simply find the icon on your homepage and you’re ready to order!
How do I pay?
Our app allows you to make payment online via card. We accept Mastercard or Visa.
Top Tip! Save your card details directly to your internet browser on your phone (Via Apple Pay or Samsung Pay), and simply select your card, verify yourself (Via Face ID or Thumbprint) and complete the process. This process is proven to be the most secure method of payment.

Can I customise my order?
Yes, our app allows you to customise your order, such as choosing your right mixer for your Gin, or your potato choice on our main meals.
If there’s not an option to do so, simply leave us a note on the checkout page.
I have an allergy, what shall I do?
We recommend for you to have table service via a member of staff, if you have any allergies which we need to be aware of.
Where can I find my receipt?
Your reciept will be delivered directly to the e-mail address that you’ve provided us. If you wish to have a physical copy, please speak to a member of staff and they will be able to provide this for you.
